Nice folding action, light, nice to ride, about 40 KM on a full charge, I picked up two S models, I found Marttin the Dealer to be helpful and responsive to phone calls, I have no problem recommending.

I recently purchased a 20” my e-ride bike (yellow) from the My E Ride outlet in Croydon South Vic. This bike is such fun to ride. Very responsive with great battery power. Looks stunning. It’s so lightweight that we can take it along on our motorhome without being overloaded. Can’t wait to ride around many country towns and rail trails whilst on our travels. Martin made this a really easy process. We live on a yacht and after lots of research and checking reviews we found that the ideal e-bikes for us where the Carbo X. We bought 2 and had them delivered to Perth where I checked them into a flight back to Singapore. Martin provided the tax invoice with my passport number on and we claimed the GST back at the airport. More than covered the cost of the excess baggage. The bikes themselves are truly amazing. so well balanced beutifully engineered and so easy to ride even without the battery assist! Thanks you Martin and team at My E Ride. I purchased my e-bike from MY E Ride Melbourne and couldn't be happier. Martin French , the owner is very patient went out of his way to explain the ins and out of this model and even had one that i could test ride. This is my first experience in riding and purchasing an e-bike. I am a 73year old gent and wanted a light weight folding bike that i could take with me in my camper van, so the MyE-Ride Bike fits my needs to a tee.. When i got home with my new purchase, i had a few queries (as you get older even simple things aren't so simple) and messaged Martin and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from him a few minutes later, that's good service. The Melbourne factory is spotless as are their vehicles, presentation is important to older people like me. We recently tested the Carbo Model X folding E-Bike and were so impressed that we ordered 2 bikes on the day! The bike is top quality in design & finish, very lightweight, so easy to balance especially when doing tight turns. We are particularly impressed with the hydraulic bakes and the carbon fiber belt being so uncluttered & a clean look. Martin does offer a first-class service that we even got our bikes delivered to us personally. His response to any queries is handled with ease and clarity.
